Mandy Moore; trust me it's her, not content as one of the last remaining brunettes on the B-grade actress list has decided to adopt the skeletwin uniform of choice...Balenciaga bag (check)...blonde tresses (check)...chunky necklace (check)...flat Roman-meets-Golden-Girls sandals (check)...big sunnies (check). Assembly-line is so obviously the new black.
