anon 7:19: No cosmetic surgery procedure involves removing and re-attaching the nipples. You can ask Dr. Di Saia up there.

This really is an unfortunate photo of Pam, I have to say I actually like her, which is weird cause normally I hate everyone but Queen Jolie.
