It's just an illusion caused by the "cutout" in the back of her dress. The human eye will see the part of the body in the dress. When you add the rest of her back, her silhouette appears pretty normal.
She has a great body, doesn't look freaky to me at all. The only problem is her stupid face. I cringe every time a Neutrogena commercial comes on the tv...
