I could be wrong, but I *think* that is Nicole Ritchie wearing a prosthetic stomach. This woman appears painfully skinny (look at her leg!) and seems short. That's my best guess.
Bwah-hah, when my sister in law was pregnant with her first baby, I stuffed a balloon under my shirt and we made a good photo of that occassion. I looked more real than her. So I think it is quite normal that Nicole R.'s fake pregnancy looks more real than a *real* pregnancy.
it does kinda look like nicole ritchie. anyway...when she is bending to get the paper...she looks like humpty dumpty. this giant egg-like body on sticks...er, legs.
