Err...is it me or does it look like Francis dress/top is too small for her? It looks like it's 'crackinng'
Sigh... following the wake of "omg she's so fat" cries prompted by this photo, poor Frances will be the next Hollywood girlie to drastically slim down, mark my words.
Oh....Poor child!
She's not fat, but that dress IS too small...Plus her smallish mouth looks positively tiny when she's in the same photograph as her mothers gigantic... collagen... things...
