The photoshop world is a kind, kind world
Personally, I think the first pic has endured a round of Photoshop already while the second has been through about 5 more rounds...I mean c'mon, we all know what Britney really looks like without photoshop...
They've even managed to "stretch" her neck! Draw an imaginary horizontal line at the base of her chin in the "original" photo and and note that the line meets her shoulders. In the retouched photo, the line doesn't intersect her shoulders at all, only her neck. Wow.
