There is noone hotter.
Breast implants are not breast implants until you can see the outline of them through the skin. That's when you start talking...that's the epitome of sexy...and it is aptly demonstrated here by Posh Spice.
People like her get so obsessed with the 'improvements' that cosmetic surgery offers that they can't look at themselves realistically anymore (ie: recognise that they now resemble beings from another dimension).
