I think it helps that she's always looked fairly plastic. It's not like a normal-looking person suddenly looking like a Barbie...she's rocked that look for decades now.

That's at least part of the reason why her face looks kind of OK, the extra weight helps to hide the wrinkles.
Why do you think the photo is cropped the way it is?
She looks great, except for the peach fuzz on her face- which is more evident in the 2nd photo. How does one get rid of that without shaving?
