Would you pay
$1m for this 'Butterfly Dress'? (
Let's not make the question contingent upon whether you actually have the money)...I don't care how many diamonds are involved...it's too J-Lo-esque (
pre-skeletwin wannabe phase)...and no...calling it 'The Butterfly" in French doesn't detract from the fact that the back-design doesn't
really look like a butterfly.
Speaking of dresses...people are talking of Scarlett Johansson's choice of dress for the London "The Island" premiere...it's been called 'ill-fitting'...whatever...our little Scar-J is beautiful...if she didn't look like such a woman...she'd look as girlie as Ewan...who appears to be going for the effeminate Jude Law look.

I hate to be the one to say anything negative about Scarlett, but you have to admit that her dress is not very flattering.

Great dress, great figure... just needed to be not so tight across the hips so that it would actually FLATTER her figure.

the butterfly dress isn't very body-friendly. i can't imagine anyone wearing it very well. like they were so busy tacking diamonds on that they forgot to finish the cloth parts.
ReplyDeletescarlett looks good... but the dress looks as if it could have used some tailoring. any body looks best in something shaped to it, rather than something shaped for what the wearer may have preferred to be. a little more room across the hips and a little bit of taper down the legs and it would have been a lot more flattering to her.
yeah...I think Sacrlett's won me over for life after her Lost in Translation performance. :)

i think she looks great...shes one of the, i believe, only actress in hollywood with a stomach. lets hope she keeps her body instead of looking like all the sticks now.
