Have You Changed Your Hair Lately?

What's going o?n...we stop seeing Tara Reid and Madonna for like 3 days and they manage to get some weird work done on themselves...who knows what on earth is going on with Tara...but points for anyone who can make a word association with "painful-looking eyebrow lift".
