Free Winona
I was never much a Winona fan...but now with "it-girls" like Keira, Li-Lo, Duff, and Moore, I realise that we were onto a good thing with the ol' Ryder. Alas...*something* tells me she's not thinking of making a comeback anytime soon....
Ah how I miss Wynny. She brings back memories of my youth. Heathers, Edward Scissorhands.....I'm sure there's lots of other stuff I can't remember.
I have an idea all the current young actresses (Lins Lohan, Keira, uh uh all the others) versus The Old timers (Wynona Ryder, Molly Ringwald) in a Topless Bungee Wrestling match. Winner gets a big movie roll.
Why, she looks more human than those so called stars of today. And those rags she wears: I like them, really. They are helpful, too, underneath them she can hide whatever she wants, you know ... *coughs*
I thought Winona was great in Reality Bites (even though it was a very MTV focus group movie)...and the Age of Innocence. If she'd grown up in Li-Lo's generation...she never would have made it as a teen star. love, elisa
