Hallelujah...we found our Monroe Incarnate!
Now...you ignorant people may think that Melanie Griffiths is trying out for the new matriarch figure on the Young the Restless...but that would just show your lack of deep understanding of the world. Put in a nutshelll, this.woman.is.Marilyn Monroe. No, forget that...she's better than Marilyn. Maybe Marilyn never did actually die? This is changing my previous world paradigm. I'm quite speechless.

Swoosie is a great actress, never utter her name in the same sentence as Melanie.
ReplyDeleteshe loooks like death warmed over. i like how her face looks loose and hanging in the middle photo. and that enormous tattoo is particularly Monroe-esque. This is as bad as Lindsay Hohans Marilyn shoot in Vanity Fair.

I can't tell if this is snark or serious. I mean, Marilyn Monroe would be 80 years old if she were alive today. The strangely distorted face, straw-like hair, all seem pretty reasonable in this context.
