In Lisa's case, her upper lip looks really weird because it's fleshier on the sides than it is in the middle. I kinda think I'd rather have no lips at all than sport those horrors like those on my face.
If you ask me, Hurley has always had strange lips with that extra layer under her lip. You left off one of the worst ones: Hunter Tylo. Poor, poor, Hunter.
I think I see the thing I don't like here...no philtrum (the dimple above the middle of the upper lip). Maybe too much restylane?

I've always thought that Lisa Rinna's lips looked sort of like a prolapsed rectum/intestine, much like I've seen on rotten.com
