I hate to say this, but i think it's just really really good makeup. There was a photo snapped of her drunk in a taxi recently, and her nose looked fairly bulbous (as it did before). Her makeup artist is, ahem, "the shit."
Makeup cannot make your nose a different shape. If that's the case, everyone would buy that makeup. Nothing wrong with trimming your nose with a surgeon's knife. The real problem with Avril is that she's a complete cunt.
