When Britney smiles, the whole world grimaces with her
...she may be wearing plastic for hair and a rug as a dress, but girlfriend took her double dose of prozac and paxil today, so things are looking GREAT.
The sad, sad, unbelievably sad thing is that that dress is by Prada, cost a fortune and has the potential to look lovely. Dear god it is just too painful to watch anymore. Someone, please please get her a stylist.
