I know exactly where Rumer Willis wants to be. She was to be beautiful, cool, popular, and a trendsetter somewhere between Sienna Miller, Kate Moss, and Nicole Richie. The thing is Rumer....it takes more than just having famous parents, putting on an assymetrial mess, wearing bad glasses, having an oversized bag, doing the sienna-bracelet thing, having your boobs at your knees and wearing a non-existent necklace.
