What's going on with Maniston?

There have been rumours swirling around that girlfriend has had some added work done for her upcoming 40th birthday and I have to say that it's subtle but I tend to concur - GF is looking different - in a better way. Moving slowly but steadily from manly to handsome. High praise indeed.
