I starting to feel sorry for Daniel Craig. First of all...I'd just like to point out that I struggle to get his name right...every.single.time. It's just not coming to me. Two first names just doesn't work for me. The guy has been struggling on this whole Bond thing. No-one really cares about him, he doesn't know how to drive a manual, he didn't know how to play poker...and now if you'll excuse my terrible word-play, it turns out there was worry about him being a porker. Daniel Craig should totally play the next batman...that's my tip of the day.

Well you know really the Batman franchise lucked out on this one - Christian Bale would have made the perfect young Bond. But instead Sony is stuck with this guy.
I really wanted Clive Owen as Bond-but no such luck. I've been a bit turned around bt Craig-he has a certain presence.
I think Daniel will do just fine. We will just have to get used to him playing the new james Bond so get used to it!
I'm completely looking forward to the film...I'll see it on next Friday. Go Daniel Craig, go! :)
I can't believe you said that! I have just seen the film and I thought he was absolutely amazing and I am sure so did the rest of the cinema- it was completely full all tickets sold out to every showing. I am afraid James Bond is a hell of a lot cooler than Batman as well. Plus I don't think you get to see Batmans body which couldn't be hotter than Daniel Craigs in that film:D Phwoar
I just saw the movie and i must say he's the best bond. connery was a good bondbut he was only hot to my mother, but i think daniel craig is this generation's bond. i never liked pierce because he was too pretty-looking. craig has that rugged look and he looks like he can get down and dirty, yet he can be quite refined and polished looking. the movie was great except for the sappy love story.

Yes..your review was off the mark. I'm sure you haven't even see the movie b4 you posted your blog but whatever. DC kicks ass and the coolest, most rugged BOND ever! As as someone else posted, he's THIS generation's BOND.
Daniel Craig rocks and by the looks of sales and packed theaters, A LOT of others feel the same way! Go sit at home and watch the old Bond movies.

I then saw Munich and kinda changed my tune (those tight tight pants did it for me :) )
I saw the CAsino Royale poster and I have to say...I'm warming to him...I'm going to watch the next Bond movie soon and then I'll give my proper opinion.

I saw the new Bond movie just an hour ago.. and i have to say that he was pretty KICKASS as the new James... Pierce who???

I'd like to start by saying that I'm a HUGE fan of the whole Bond genre - I LOVE the concept of Bond and that probably makes me a huge critic as well - I saw the Casino Royal three days ago and I'm totally blown away by the Movie, the casting, the story - but most of all - I'm totally blown away by the amazing Daniel Craig! To me HE IS James Bond now. He might not have been my first choice if the decision was mine - but after seeing him as 007 I can honestly say that he might be the best Bond ever!

'ard and all man!!!!!!!!! Cannot believe I was disappointed my other
fave - Clive Owen - didn't get it... Clive is good, Clive would have
been fab, Clive gets my knickers in a knot... but Daniel makes you leave
the theatre gasping to be taken hard against a wall...
But then again, it may just be me :)
When I first heard that there was going to be a new Bond I was like "Nooooooo Pierce Brosnan!" but after seeing daniel craig coming out of the water I was totally blown away! He is gorgeous...He has the most amazing eyes ever!!!!

Have you seen the movie? I would image from your post that you haven't. I suggest you try it out. You just might be in for the surprise of your movie going experiences. Honestly, I thought before seeing it - why did they replace Pierce Brosnan (not that I thought the movies written for him were particularly compelling) - he was nice to look at, had that suaveness. But then I saw Casino Royale. Let me just say, I was on drugs before. Daniel Craig (and I'm guessing you'll remember his name after you see the film) is simply amazing. See it. Really. You won't be sorry.
I loved Daniel Craig as Casino Royale James Bond. He's the best Bond yet! He's absolutely gorgeous and I thinking playing a suave character came very naturally to him.
