Speaking of thin...

...is there a universal hunger-strike that someone forgot to let me in on?

Ew. That arm looks very Lohan/Ritchie-esque. I wonder if she rolls over in bed and slices Brad up with that thing...

Anyway, deathly thin is not a good look when you are pregnant.

Oh my God....that's what I thought and literally gasped when I first looked at that pic....GROSS.

And she's pregnant too...that is so wrong! She should at least have a bit more meat on those arms. Whatever...everything she does is for publicity anyways, and I'm sure gaining zero pounds while supporting two people is all part of that; I wouldn't put it past her.

I'm sorry to contradict you all, but pregnancy does not equal obesity. She's a bit thin in her arms, but that's all.

Franci - And I'm going to have to disagree with YOU, because you're basically saying that women who stay within the normal weight during pregnancy are obese. Which is blatantly untrue, both medically and common sense.

Theres no need to be really fat within a pregnacy.. but that thin? That can't be healthy! She really is too thin for a normal woman, but she's pregnant, so thats sick!
She adopted children, is ambassadress und does really good things.. but to herself although she expects a baby!? Why is she that thin??

Did you guys catch what Michael Douglas was heard saying in a recent GQ? He was disapproving of Brad for leaving Jen to go "hold orphans for Angelina"...I thought it was funny dude.

I wish more celebs would just speak their minds like that. Maybe he's getting older and just doesn't care what people think. If so I admire that.

Why does everyone think a woman has to start gorging on food the second they become pregnant? Pregnant woman only need to eat 400 calories more than usual to keep both herself and her fetus healthy.

pregnant or not...her arm has never looked that thin. since she is almost always in those 3rd world countries, she might not be getting the nutrients she needs.

Hi there, I am with anon 6,30. Overeating is bad.

Kitty, I'm sorry, I did not make myself clear. Of course I did not mean that. And of course her arms at this photo are very thin.

That's the best looking celebrity humerus bone I've ever seen. gak.

In other blogs I have defended her lack of significant weight gain (10-15 lbs by some estimates), as I too do not think that being pregnant means that you have an excuse to gain as much weight as possible, but that definitely is not a safe look in this picture. However, I am hesitant to say that it is terribly accurate, as other angles do not make her look this thin.

I see it frequently with celebs and in real life, people assuming that because they are pregnant they really ARE eating for "two", so they gain like mad, then super diet (unhealthily) after the birth to lose all that extra weight. The best way to prevent that is not to maintain a healthy weight gain so that it is easily lost (much like Heidi Klum did/easy being a relative term). I reserve judgement at this point.

Oh, flicka, I'm so with you. She's all about what other people think of her. There must be nothing inside at all....Inside her head at least. There seems to be something in her womb that's eating up all the nourishment.

I'm all about gaining a moderate amount of weight during pregnancy. 20 lbs is fine if you're a normal weight to start with. She was not a normal weight before she got pregnant and she's even thinner now. Those arms don't look healthy.

I think she looks fine...im with anon...not every pregnant woman has be fat..my mum wasnt fat when she had me and if theres any consolation she lost some weight too...women have different ways of handling pregnancy
