Seriously...kill me now

Image Hosted by ImageShack.usI don't have many dislikes in the world...o.k. so maybe I do...but Keira Knightley is one of them. She just has this incredibly Paltrow-esque talent of getting into all these serious roles, completely and totally buggering them up...and somehow still get lauded for it. The girl is neither Winona nor Portman, her plastic surgeries have left her looking damn uncomfortable, and I just.can't.stand.her.pout.

You can therefore understand while I think she's mildly unqualified to:
a) be voted Sexiest Woman by FHM, and
b) be named to replace Kate Moss as the next face of Chanel's Mademoiselle Perfume.

Honestly...Li-Lo would have been preferred.

I actually had never noticed the perpetual pout until you mentioned it sometime ago because I just don't notice those thing. But now, it is all I see. I tried re-watching Pirates and was overwhelmed by the pout -- drowning pout, assaulted pout, smiling pout. Maybe she watched Zoolander and decided decided she needed her own look.

Elisa, please *please* tell me that you don't think Portman is a good actress. I'll give you beautiful, but talented (acting-wise, anyway!) she is not. Did you see V for Vendetta? Her "accent" nearly gave me a stroke. And she buggered up Garden State. Generally I think you are so spot on, this is just disappointing!
Oh, and Knightly just plain sucks. Everything.

haha anners, don't worry...natalie sux as an actress...she's like a wooden log...I've seen Star Wars...that was enoug...she annoys the hell out of me...but she's just so beautiful, I cannot hate her.

Well said. I can't stand her, she manages to ruin every movie she's in, PotC would've actually been good without Orlando Bloom and her. The way she tries to be self-deprecating is so phoney too

I actually like her a lot. The first thing I saw her in was Bend It Like Beckham, and she was quite charming. And I thought she was quite disarming in Pride and Prejudice. Not Oscar calibre, but very good.

Wish she hadn't had the upper lip done tho, at such a young age. So silly. What's she going to do at 40, my God!

oh and p.s. - i do like the fact that she hasn't had her tits done. That alone gives her a shred of class.

Aww...I think Keira's gorgeous :( Can we still be friends?

Facinating! Love the 'Paltrow-esque talent' reference; brilliant. Elisa, wHat sort of plastic surgery do you think that she's had?

She's only a young girl, she's not a 'seasoned' actress, but that doesn't mean she needs to be run down. She's quite an attractive girl and good luck to her.

sorry anas...I can't agree...girl can't act at all...beyond terrible.
anon 925...she's definitely had her lip(s) done and at least one nose job. I did a nose job post on her here:

Thank you for understanding me Starbuck! Ye...do you you see now? It's not like she pouts when she's trying to be sey or something...it's like this weird underbite pout that she just keeps on doing through ALL her scenes.

haha Reubs, if you also like Paltrow...I'm not so sure our friendship will continue to exist :)

elisa

I wish I could say that I'm happy about this just because I hate Kate Moss but sadly I hate Keira Shitely equally.

So I'll just sit back and enjoy how annoyed you must be by it.....

..Oh yeah this feels good.
