H&M gives Kate a second chance

The clothes retailer H&M gave Kate a second chance after promising in writing to abide by a company policy that models be "healthy, wholesome and sound," (i.e...don't get fat) agreement...second chance whatever...Kate could have shot up right in front of the board of directors and H&M would still be begging to have her on board.
